Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed in our facilities.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
Q.Is there a bath in your facility?
Guests can use the large public bath, which is natural hot spring, at KAYUU for free.
Jacuzzi bath and shower booths are also available.
Q.Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the area.
Q.Is there a free shuttle bus from rail way station?
Please take the free shuttle bus that runs from and to JR Kiikatsuura Station.

About the facility

Our full-time staff is available at the main building.

Yes, we do. VISA, JCB, American Express etc. are available.
Q.One of my family members is in a wheelchair. Is the facility accessible?
We sincerely apologize, but our facilities are not barrier-free.
Q.Is there a parking fee?
Parking is free for our guests.
Q.Is there a swimmingpool?
Swimming pool is located in the middle of garden. Guests can use the garden pool for free.

Q.Can I light fireworks inside the facility?
Fireworks are permitted in designated areas.

About Rooms

Q.Can I choose a room?
We do not accept specific room requests.
Q.Are there toilets in the room?
There are no toilets and wash basins inside the guest room, but there is toilets, wash basins, and shower rooms at 1st floor of your villa.
Q.Is smoking allowed in the room?
Smoking is prohibited in the room. Please smoke in designated areas.
Q.Do you have pajamas and yukata?
Sleepwear is not provided. Please bring your own.

About meals

Q.Where is BBQ dinner served?
BBQ area is available beneath each villa.
Only in case of bad weather, dinner will be served at restaurant.
Q.Can I order any drinks during BBQ dinner?
You can order drinks during BBQ dinner.
Q.I have food allergies. Is it possible for you to make changes to an ingredient?
We will do our best to cater to your needs. Please consult with us in advance if you have any concerns.
However, please be aware that because the cooking utensils used are shared, there is a possibility that traces of the ingredient in question may be found in your dish.
Q.Where is breakfast served?
Western breakfast is served at restaurant.

About cancellation

Q.Is there a fee for canceling?
If you cancel up to three days before your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the room rate.
If you cancel on the day of your stay, you will be charged 50% of the room rate.
In case of a no-show without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
